Account Deletion

RoleLift provides permanent account deletion directly inside the mobile app.

Delete from the app

1. Open RoleLift and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Profile.
3. Select Settings & Privacy.
4. Open Delete account and data.
5. Type DELETE and confirm permanent deletion.

Data removed

The deletion process removes:

• Your RoleLift authentication account.
• Interview reports, transcripts, scores, and progress history.
• Interview-credit and operation-protection records.
• Stored interview recordings associated with your account.
• The associated subscription service profile maintained for RoleLift.
• Local RoleLift session and preserved recording data on the device.

Subscriptions

Account deletion does not cancel an active App Store subscription. Cancel the subscription separately through your Apple ID subscription settings.

Cannot access the app?

Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your secured RoleLift account. Do not email passwords, interview recordings, CV content, or other sensitive documents.
